Adult accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account. Accounts are for parents, guardians, and other authorized adults—not children. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access credentials secure.

Family information and consent

You may add family information only when you have authority to do so. You control the information you submit and are responsible for keeping it accurate. Do not upload another family’s private information, child photos, or contact details without appropriate permission.

Invitations, Circles, and gatherings

Invitations are intended for their recipients. Hosts and parents control Circle membership, RSVPs, approvals, and sharing. Social Circles helps families coordinate, but it does not supervise gatherings, verify every participant, provide childcare, or replace a parent’s judgment about people, locations, transportation, food, allergies, activities, or emergencies.

Acceptable use

You may not use Social Circles to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or endanger another person.
• Expose private family or child information without permission.
• Bypass invitation, approval, authentication, or access controls.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content.
• Scrape, sell, advertise with, or publicly rank private family relationships.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Social Circles a limited permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service according to your settings and authorized relationships.

Early-access service

Features may change, pause, or be removed during early access. Availability is not guaranteed, and we may set reasonable usage limits or restrict access to protect families and the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, safety risks, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or threats to the service. You may stop using Social Circles and request account deletion by emailing hello@socialcircles.app.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Social Circles is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Parents remain responsible for real-world plans, supervision, safety decisions, and interactions with other families. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact
